1. Refund Policy:
We gladly offer refunds on items that meet the following criteria:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The request for a refund is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Returns Policy:
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Wait for 5 Working Days: Before initiating a return, we kindly request that you wait 5 working days from the delivery date provided to you by Beyond The Box Gifts and our chosen courier.
- Complete the Returns Form: After the 5 working days waiting period, please complete the Returns Form available on our website. Make sure to provide all required information, including your order number, details about the item you wish to return and a supporting image.
- Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Send the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by Beyond The Box Gifts. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
3. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
4. Exclusions:
- Personalised or custom-made items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged.

6. Reasons for Return or Refund Refusal
Beyond The Box Gifts may refuse your return or refund if any of the following is applicable:
- Your product has been opened, and the box seal is broken.
- The time limited on returns has been exceeded
- Your product is a custom gift, and is anything other than damaged.
- Your item is on sale or clearance item.
- Refund abuse. If you have a history of excessive returns or refunds, we may reserve the right to refuse further requests.
- Failure to follow our returns process, listed above.
- Fraudulent activity. If there is evidence of fraudulent activity or if your claim is deemed to be false, we may refuse a return or refund.
