Beyond The Box Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to all customers. They also apply users of our website and online store. This includes purchases and users on 3rd party apps or websites. 

- 'We' and 'Our' refers to Beyond The Box Gifts, and it's representatives.  

- 'You' refers to The Customer, Online Store User, Website User, or customer purchasing via 3rd party store/website.

1. We reserve the right to change the contents of our products at any time.

1.1 If we need to make a change to your purchased product, our team will contact you in advance.

2. Our product photographs are not a true reflection of the exact product which you will receive. However, you will get all types of product where possible. This is due to availability and our supply chain.

3. We cannot be liable for any computer virus, or malicious software that maybe transferred via our website or via any type of correspondence including email.

4. We use various different delivery couriers to fulfil your order. In some cases, the delivery time frames might be extended from the delivery time stated, this may be due to weather, time of year ( including Christmas, and Bank Holidays) and other certain circumstances.

5. We reserve the right to decline any returns or refunds, if any element of your order has been opened, including the packaging and products.

6. If you haven't received your order,  please ensure that you have waited up to 5 working days after the time stated by the courier before making an enquiry on the returns form that can be found on our website. 

7. For all enquires regarding an order, a late,  missed delivery or a rejected order. Please email orders@beyondtheboxgifts.co.uk.

8. We cannot be liable for any skin or hair products that may cause any skin, eye, body or hair irritation. For our ingredients, please ensure that you have carefully read the labels, some of products may not contain the ingredients on the packaging, in this case, our ingredients are listed in the product description on our website.

9. We cannot be liable for any food stuffs that may cause an adverse reaction. Please ensure that you have read the ingredients on the food label. All food stuffs will come with an accompanying label.

10. For any complaints, or queries surrounding our products or service, please email orders@beyondtheboxgifts.co.uk. We will respond to you accordingly. 

11. We aim to process refunds within 7 working days.

12. The photographs of our products are owned and are the property of Beyond The Box Gifts. Copying of our photographs maybe unlawful and we may pursue legal proceedings. 

13. Our products are to be used or gifted by you. You may not resell our products, and pass them off as your own.

14. From time to time, our website maybe down for maintenance or general updates. If you require any assistance from the team while our website is offline, please contact the team on orders@beyondtheboxgifts.co.uk

15. In the event that our products have been priced wrongly on our web store, or in person, we will use our best endeavours to ensure that the prices are updated accordingly via our website administration team. In the event that a purchase is made, our team will contact you to inform you of this, and we will make the relevant arrangements to ensure you are refunded if this is applicable. We reserve the right to cancel your order.

16. Any delivery time frames that are stated on our website, over email, or verbally, are estimated and cannot be a guarantee due to factors outside of our control.
